A brace from Kim Sung Min was enough for Loyola FC to cruise past Mendiola FC 1991, 4-1, in Saturday’s third match at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

The Korean midfielder struck in the sixth and 28th minutes as Loyola strengthened it’s bid for a top 10 finish as they go up to seventh place with 16 points.

Despite struggling the whole match, Mendiola gained a reprieve in the 25th minute as Hamed Hajimahdi scored a free kick that left Javier Coscolluela rooted in his line.

William Winter continued his fine form as he scored his fourth goal of the season in the 51st minute.

Substitute Rupert Baña added an insurance goal deep into second half stoppage time as Loyola collected the three points.
