Davao Aguilas FC grabbed their fourth straight win after routing Philippine Army FC, 5-0, in the second match of Saturday’s PFL at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

It was Davao’s second straight 5-0 win with Kart Talaroc’s netting a brace for coach Abel Ruzgal’s side.

Davao’s rout started early as Ibrahima Ndour converted a penalty in the sixth minute after he was fouled in the box. Despite their dominance, the Aguilas only managed to double their lead in the 38th minute with Talaroc firing from long range.

Davao made it 3-0 at the stroke of half-time. Omae So found Yusuke Unoki inside the box with a free kick, who tapped home for Davao’s third.

Talaroc netted his second with a strike to the near post in the 70th minute, before Davao grabbed a fifth through Jhomary Sapal.

Army went on to finish the match with ten men after forward Jimuel Ariolla was given his second booking of the match after a foul against Daisuke Sato.
