Playing in their first match away from home, Davao Aguilas UMak FC opened the floodgates after a 5-0 win over Manila Montet FC in Sunday’s PFL action at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.
It’s Davao’s third straight win and allowed them to move up to fifth in the standings while compounding Montet at the bottom of the table.
Forward Ibrahima Ndour loomed large with a hat-trick performance in the 36th, 50th, and 54th minutes.
Yusuke Unoki (28’ and 90’) and Kart Talaroc (79’) need to score off the rebound from their penalty.
Montet’s Mark Jones made a good showing in goal with 11 saves including three penalty saves.
