Mendiola FC 1991 and Philippine Army FC settled for a scoreless draw in Sunday’s Philippines Football League matchup at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila.

Coming off a 6-0 hammering of Manila Montet last week, Mendiola were primed to take the three points against a struggling Army side.

However, it was Army goalkeeper Mark Bedia, who produced a spectacular display as his string of saves for Army preserved the scoreline.

Mendiola remained in eight place with seven points after six games, while Army is still in 14th place with one point from their first six matches.
